Heavenly Father we come before you in the mighty and miraculous name of Jesus the Christ. We thank you for your grace and mercy. We thank you for your presence in our lives. We thank you for the many blessings that you have given us each day. Forgive us if we sometimes seem to forget how awesome it is just to wake up in the morning. please help us to show you our appreciation in a way that is pleasing to You. Help us to listen and then to act upon your instructions for our lives. Give us the strength not to succomb to the pressures of the world. The world can not save us and will perish with everything else. Only your word will last forever. Your word, Lord, is our hope, and our peace. Give us the strength to go forward in the midst of struggle, sickness, pain and suffering knowing that if we hang on to the end, we will overcome the world.
